Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the App.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found www.supercards.ca/privacy-policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall teamslice.ca be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App, (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App, or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most recent version of the Terms will be posted on the App. By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
